Hello,
Just want to leave a positive message. I use your program now for several weeks. I love it and my costumers love it. One auction has ended now and everything worked fine.
Thanks!

In the POP UP there is a ‘?’ which links to the FAQ on your site.
Please remove it. There is nothing more annoying for users then being led to a page which says ‘FAQ - Will be answered soon’
How about no ‘?’ and then add it back when you have something to say?
Cheers,
Piers
and another thing….The User is asked to submit their URL as part of the bid process. This URL is then used to make a link of their name in the previous bids box.
There is an error in my site with the way the URL is written. It seems to add on my own domain first.
I don’t think this behaviour is correct?
Cheers,
Piers
and another thing…My auction is setup to use UK pound sterling as the auction currency.
When an email is sent to a bidder to inform them they have been outbid the email tells them in the wrong currency. i.e. USD which is very confusing, if they bid in UK pounds.
Cheers,
Piers
@Margiet - Thank you.
@Piers -
1. The FAQ is being worked on. Life gets in the way sometimes of work
2. It requires the “http://” as well.
3. Thanks for letting us know about that, we’ll look into it.
One of my readers mentioned she couldn’t use the widget at all… she’s using Firefox (not sure which version) on a Mac. Can you look into that so everyone’s able to bid? Thanks!
